1. 1. Line earphones up so right earphone and long part of earphone cable are on right side of the neck strap (also called a lanyard). Earphone “Y” joint should be at top center of lanyard, as shown in photo above.
   

2. 2. Run cables through spring rings as shown in top photos above. Hold each spring ring in one hand and pull the sliding barrel back with the other hand (see photo above). Then twist the open ends of the spring ring 1/8 inch and insert the cable(s) in the opening (see photo).
   

3. 3. Then pull back the sliding barrel again and re-align the sliding barrel and the hole on the opposite side of the spring ring and release the sliding barrel into the opening across the gap.
   

4. 4. Repeat this process for each of the 4 spring rings in the upper part of the lanyard.
   

5. 5. Tape “Y” joint to lanyard, using the black electrical tape (supplied). Picture above shows “Y” joint ready to be taped.
   

6. 6. Insert the long bottom part of cable into the lobster clasp next to cord lock (see photo above), and then snap lobster clasp onto ring in iPhone Holder.
   

7. 7. Slide the cord lock up and down lanyard to adjust the height of your iPhone. Note: Hold thumb in ring at bottom of lanyard when raising the cord lock.
   

Total assembly time should be about 5 minutes.
